In response to recent customer feedback, Meauro launched an OTA software upgrade package to solve all issues coming with you.We also have added a guide with picture in the part of Product guides and documents.We so sorry for the inconvenience caused for our all customers.
OTA operation guide:
Step 1: After booting, please enter the setting interface to connect the projector with your WIFI, then return to the main interface and click “ALL Apps”. Now you can see the AllApps interface and please select the “Wireless Update.”
Step 2: After entering “Wireless Update”, a window “Checking for updates” will pop up automatically. Please click “Download” to start loading. After loading, please click “Install now.” And then a “Warning” window will pop up. At this time please click “ok” to continue, the system will automatically decompress, and the device will restart itself after the decompression is complete.
Step 3: After restarting, it will enter a status: “Installing system update”. After the installing is completed, the device will automatically turn off and require to be manually turned on.
Step 4: After the manual booting, you can see the “Loading” interface. And what you need to do now is to wail for a couple minutes and when the loading is complete, the projector can be normally used.
Step 5: Enter setting and select system update, select restore factory to restore factory settings (about 5 minutes), and manually power on after the upgrade is completed (restart time is about 10 minutes).
Why We Suggest to Use OTA Upgrade Package ?
The OTA upgrade package can fix the following problems issues:
1. The problem of out-of-sync and flashback of the sound of the Youtube video will be improved (attention: the picture definition will be automatically adjusted according to the strength of the network)
2. When using Netflix to watch movies, the crash and freeze problems will be reduced.
3. Fix the problem of no sound when connecting HDMI.
4. The upgrade will reduce the built-in APP, optimize the memory space, and improve the system stability.
Disadvantages: In order to avoid operating system lag and app incompatibility issues, Google store and Aptoide TV mall services have been cancelled, and only built-in apps (Youtube, Netflix, spotfiy, EShare) can be used.
Tip: After the upgrade is completed and the factory settings are restored, the originally downloaded app and data will be automatically deleted, please understand.
4D Vertical Keystone Correction
